Day 4 of the 25 Days of Workouts
Inttake: An egg white breakfast sandwich from Au Bon Pain and a banana when I woke up, a PB+J on whole wheat with fruit on the side at Tea and Java, some Irish Breakfast tea for dessert (no sweeteners) at Tea and Java, and a peach chobani after my work-out. The sandwich was LOADED and way higher in calories than I really anticipated. (+1250)
Outtake: 25 leisurely minutes on the stationary bike and a 30 minute fast paced walk to Wayland Square. Today was a light day to prepare for the cardio feast that will begin tomorrow: 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the stationary, 20 minutes on the treadmill. Rest and repeat with half times. I have a formal dinner tomorrow, need to make some caloric room. (-100 calories)
Total: 1150 calories
Thoughts: Seriously down on myself right now. I really need to lose this weight. I’m hoping that some of it is PMS bloat, but I know that a lot of it is just fat. I’m sort of dreading this formal tomorrow, because I know people are going to be taking pictures and I just don’t feel up to it.
