Super Silky Summer Legs
Next time you are feeling down, about to binge, going on a date, or just need to pamper yourself, do this. I just did it and I can not stop rubbing my legs together. It feels like I paid for that over expensive pedicure at the salon.
Ingredients
1 1/4 C Sugar (Yup, plain, good-ol’ white sugar)
1/2 C Oil (I used olive oil, but you can use any oil, coconut oil, baby oil, canola oil)
3 tablespoons Citrus (Lime or lemon)
1-2 Razors
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Soak your legs in the tub for 5 minutes.
Shave your legs.
Rub some of this mixture all over your legs. The sugar will help rub off all dirt and dead skin. Rub, rub. Feels like a mini massage.
Rinse it all off, shave again. I would use one razor per leg if you have two. You will be rinsing this razor a lot. I was GROSSED out by the amount of dead skin I was “shaving” off. It was insane! Trust me, you’ll see.
Rub your legs again! Second coat of wax, oh yeah.
Rinse off! You can use a mild soap to help get some of the oil off.
Lotion your legs up, and feel the silkiness!
Now this isn’t just geared to ladies…. guys, if you want to get lucky, I suggest you offer to rub your ladies’ feet with this mix too. It feels awesome, and when you get lucky, you will be thanking me that her rough grandma feet aren’t cutting your legs, if ya know what I’m saying… hahaha.
I have silky arm pits too!!
Try it, I swear, You will want everyone to touch your legs.

i just did this and after about 2 or so months of not shaving this is the most incredible thing i have ever done its like my legs arent even legs they’re some sort of ancient fabric made only for powerful pharoahs
i highly suggest this even if you don’t shave use it on your feet or shave your pits or your pubes with it because you will feel like a fucking deity

Day 4 of the 25 Days of Workouts

Inttake: An egg white breakfast sandwich from Au Bon Pain and a banana when I woke up, a PB+J on whole wheat with fruit on the side at Tea and Java, some Irish Breakfast tea for dessert (no sweeteners) at Tea and Java, and a peach chobani after my work-out. The sandwich was LOADED and way higher in calories than I really anticipated. (+1250)

Outtake: 25 leisurely minutes on the stationary bike and a 30 minute fast paced walk to Wayland Square. Today was a light day to prepare for the cardio feast that will begin tomorrow: 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the stationary, 20 minutes on the treadmill. Rest and repeat with half times. I have a formal dinner tomorrow, need to make some caloric room. (-100 calories)

Total: 1150 calories

Thoughts: Seriously down on myself right now. I really need to lose this weight. I’m hoping that some of it is PMS bloat, but I know that a lot of it is just fat. I’m sort of dreading this formal tomorrow, because I know people are going to be taking pictures and I just don’t feel up to it.

Day 3 of the 25 Days of Workouts:

Intake: Whole wheat bagel with peanut butter for late breakfast, after a really long nap I had a cookie from my roommate and a fiber bar, I had an egg white after my friends fucked up a deviled egg, some chicken nuggets as a snack, and post-work out I had a chobani ( +1250 calories)

Outtake: 5 minutes abs, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 10 minutes of stretching ( -120 calories)

Net: 1130

Thoughts: I’m way more sore today than I was yesterday, probably thanks to the weight training on Monday. I was also insanely crabby due to sleep deprivation so I didn’t get around to posting this yesterday. I also felt SUPER BLOATED. UGH.

During: 115 lbs (August 15th) 

Only about 5 pounds to go! All done through healthy eating and diet. The pictures in a bathing suit are NOT my heaviest weight, but theyre the only pictures I have where I’m not hiding my stomach with billowy clothing.

Day 2 of the 25 Days of Work-outs:

Intake log: Breakfast was an apple and some PB, Lunch was a plain bagel with egg whites from ABP, pre-work-out snack was mac and cheese and a cookie from my CA, post-work-out snack was a fiberful granola bar (+1400 calories)

Outtake log: 15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes of weight training, and 10 minutes of stretching, plus a 30 minute walk to the mall and back to grab my roommate’s newly developed photos photos (-150 calories)

Net: 1250

So I missed a day.

But TODAY is December 2nd and I’m in my sneakers and my sports bra and my stomach is a little flabby and my arms are totally untoned. So I’m heading off to the gym for my first of 25 workouts (of at least 30 minutes each) in December, in honor of the 25 days leading up to Christmas. My present to myself will be a progression collage. 

Get fucking pumped.

-I do this every morning and every night when I get dressed and undressed, just starring at my body thinking of how disgusted I am and how I could let myself be so fat. It makes me sad. My parents always wonder why I take so long to get dressed, it’s because I’m taking too long judging my body and all it’s imperfections. I wish I was skinny. 

That just described everything i do, i always spend time just looking in the mirror and crying to change my body in ways that makes me look skinny, i hate the feeling so much, but i cant help it :/
